Explanatory Memorandum to the Regulations of the College of Psychologists of the Capital District

The College Board Capital Exposion made aware of the reasons why we propose the reform of the Rules of Procedure, which is presented below:

Regulation of the College of Psychologists of the Capital District, aims to update and modernize basic legal rules governing psychologists unionized in the Capital District, seeking always to highlight the great responsibility of the professional psychologist as a behavioral science.

legal standards of the Rules of the College of Psychologists of the Capital District highlights the role of psychologists in their various professional aspects of health, as a teacher, as researcher, advisor or consultant, and the importance of the association, giving a mandate to the various organs of the College of Psychologists of the Capital District: Board and Board of Directors, District Assembly, Delegates, Members of Committees, Disciplinary Board and Fiscal Court, the noble task of fighting for the dignity and recognition of the profession within our society, achieve economic benefits for its members, promote and recognize outstanding performances of those union members that work deserving and encourage the decent performances of its members.

College Regulation Psychological Capital District establishes legal norms to frame the conduct of its members within the highest moral, ethical, intellectual and scientific with a view to their members maintain high professional esteem and personal dignity and to establish and north of its activities, both scientific knowledge and rectitude of conduct and duty in the exercise of their profession.
