Intergremial Commission Nacional (Dentists, Bioanalysts, nutritionists, pharmacists, cytotechnologists, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Speech Therapists), we went to the public in general to express our disagreement regarding the announcement by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on the System of Compensation of employees from the National Public Administration, Decree No. 8168, dated April 25, 2011 and published in Official Gazette No . 39 660, dated April 26, 2011. WHEREAS
That Decree 8168 does not include the proposal by the National Intergremial Commission, handed over to the Office of the Minister of Popular Power for Health, as of 14/04/2011, which suggested that the initial base salary for new tab of University Professionals (P1), 1,483 Bs happen, oo the full scale level (VII) Order 6054, ie Bs 3187, oo, for Technical Colleges Bs 1394, oo to maximum level of Bs 2879, and Bachelors oo Bs 1223, oo the maximum level of Bs 2649, oo. WHEREAS
That there is a default in the discussion of the collective bargaining agreement, over 10 years, which has resulted in a progressive deterioration of the quality of life for Health Professionals. WHEREAS
That in the year 2008, the 6054 Act did not apply to the entire structure, causing the stagnation of the basic salary of professionals in the 1st level of the scale (P1) for over 3 years where there were no movements in the table vertically and horizontally. AGREE
1 .- urgently request a meeting with the Minister of Popular Power for Health, with this Committee Intergremial to test the applicability of Decree 8168, dated 25/04/2011. 2 .- Make
Informational meetings on health institutions to ensure that union members know the scope of the Decree and evaluating the actions to follow. 3 .-
Permanent Assemblies Continue in order to achieve the objectives, framed in a fair and decent base salary, as well as talk of the collective bargaining agreement immediately, as a constitutional right, essential and inalienable.
4 .- Seek urgent call Competitions Entry and Promotion to Positions in Public Administration, to give the contract's job security it deserves as workers. 5 .- Request
the dignity of retired staff approved retirement salary of assets and payment of social benefits in a timely manner.
