Presented at the District Assembly March 26, 2011
Our management during the period March 2010 to the present, focused on resize scope of the Permanent Working Commissions and Special to encourage participation of our members and to meet the needs of the community, transcending internal and external constraints characteristic of any process of change.
According to the provisions of Article 42 of the Rules of Procedure of the College of Psychologists of the Capital District, the Board of the College of Psychologists met on fourteen 14 sessions from April 2010 to March 2011, namely: eight (8) Regular Meetings of the Board, two (2) special meetings, two (2) Meetings of Working with Board Members, National Delegates and two (2) Expanded Board meetings.
We present our Action Plan, Objectives proposed by the working committees, appointed on April 24, the date of the inauguration of the authorities 2009-2011 and achievements during March 2010 to March 2011.

The action plan was devised based on five (5) working committees responsible for appointing an individual. The working committees are: Communications and Outreach, Financial Resources and Inclusion Recruitment, Training and Professional Development, Sociocultural, Recreation and Social Responsibility. Special Committees: Intergremial, Week Day Psychologist and Mental Health Day and Human Rights.
ACHIEVEMENTS ACADEMIC EVENTS PRESENCE IN PSYCHOLOGICAL SCIENCE
- Attendance at the conclusion of the 20 Anniversary of the Venezuelan Society of Health Psychology (SOVEPSSA) and the IV National Congress Health Psychology, organized by (SOVEPSSA) in May
- Support Forum II under the Venezuelan Congress of Psychology, organized by the Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) in the month of October 2010
- Participation in a speech in the forum "Human Rights and the case Franklin Brito" in Universidad Simón Bolívar, the March 9, 2010
- Participation in a presentation at the Forum on Professional Training of Mental Health at the University Arturo Michelena in the city of Valencia on March 12, 2010
- Support School of Psychology at the UCV to the National Congress of Psychology Students
- Attendance at the conclusion of the "60 years of Institute of Psychology at the UCV ", held at the UCV, Caracas.
- Assistance to Talks on Sex in the Madura held on the occasion of World Day for Sexual Health, held at the Botanical Garden of the UCV.

- In The blog has 57 articles from 2010 until March 2011. The most popular are: Workshop Rotter, Memoria y Cuenta 2010, support the victims, Wage Claims, Celebration Day Psychologist.
- 80 communications were sent to psyche-l from March 2010 to March 2011
- the proposal was developed Logo College of Psychologists Institutional Capital District presented in the first period of management. Approved by the Board, the mime was prepared by a graduate in Arts and a graphic designer.
Financial Resources:
- Agreement with the Central Bank of Venezuela: Central Bank Inter-phase within the Finance Committee. Were made, four meetings with HR representatives of BCV. No offer of service continued to present, as there were no documents of the CDPC Register date and other requirements of BCV
- Signing Agreement with FUNDAPREA to dictate courses to the Prevention of Drug Abuse. Have been given six courses of two hours in the city of Barquisimeto.
Ms. Maria Carmen Pereira, issued in March 2011, the Company Milo (Comercializadora de Productos de Belleza), Four (4) courses for adults and one (1) for children. The topics are Skills for Life (two), Myths and Realities of Drugs (two), Skills for Life Children and Adolescents (One).
Acquisition and Inclusion:

• The Tuesday November 23: Lecture on Guild and Exercise Psychology. Held in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Humanities. Speakers: Ligia Sánchez, Carlota León, Sigrid Matar, Mergelis Izarra, Maria Eugenia Guédez and Disciplinary Tribunal Capital.
· Saturday November 27: Psicorumba "Day of the Psychologist." Held at Da Luciano Restaurant.
Scientific Meeting and Update Academic:
Within the framework of World Day of Mental Health and in memory of the PSC. Ana Matilde Raymondi, was held on October 8, 2010, THE DAY OF MENTAL HEALTH AND HUMAN RIGHTS "SCOPE OF INCLUSION, HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECURITY." The event was held in the auditorium of the College of Engineering, it was sponsored by the American Society of Psychology (SIP), Colegio de Ingenieros de Venezuela, Venezuela's Alapsa, Inprepsi, the Federation of Psychologists of Venezuela, School psychology of the UCV, the Venezuelan Society of Health Psychology (SOVEPSSA), Unit for Attention to Sex Education, the Institute of Psychology at the UCV, Cofavic Psicored, Support Network for Justice and Peace and the Network of Psychologists Friends. At that Conference, the speakers were: Ligia Sánchez, Yorelis Acosta, Juan Santiago Gaviria, Aminta Parra, Antonio Pignatiello, Roberto De Vires, Claudia Carrillo, Alejandra Sapene, Fiorella Perone, Mireya Lozada, Manuel Llorens.
Attended two television shows to promote the event, and himself participated in two radio interviews with the same purpose and an interview to the press. Participated in those activities licensed Guédez and Goretti Maria Eugenia Da Silva.
